Each package offers multiple opportunities and a variety of task specific details within the planning process that our lead planner accomplishes with you by there side.

Depending on service package of choice, our Coordinator delivers an event to remember for years to come with the objective of maintaining your piece of mind.  If booking a planner and coordinator package, rest assured you will have a stress free event from start to finish and will be maximizing your savings!

Not requiring a planner? Don’t know who to turn to when your catering or cake professional ask you, “What are your access points?” Not to worry! Our coordinator will be the one creating a custom floor plan and a comprehensive timeline; no detail will be left unattended to for this portion of the event creation process. The Event Coordinator of Illustrious Moments LLC will be in charge of details throughout the entire day of the event at the provided location set by the client. Our coordinator will touch base with each individual and/or vendor(s), ensuring all things are fully operational and squared away, leaving you stress and worry free from the beginning to the end of your “Illustrious Moment”

When you think of your special event, what do you see? What is your vision? 

Here at Illustrious Moments LLC we offer (6) design packages and a distinguished design Ala carte guaranteed to not only hit your budget preference, but also guaranteed to hit your visual expectation. From the minimalist to the magnificent, we got you covered! 

During this process our event lead alongside our creative director will conduct (3) meetings and/or video conferences to achieve your vision assisting you to ensure the best package is selected to fit your needs! 

During our first encounter after a package selection is made, we sit and acknowledge everything as a whole, such as but not limited to: color pallet, vision board, floor planning, headcount, table arrangements, accessory tables, floral, traditions, etc dialing in to thoroughly understand your needs.

Meeting number two & three are where the fun takes place; we sit at the venue chosen, physically bringing to life everything we have put together over our time working alongside you and review details of seating/floor plan. 

Lastly; your event day approaches, it‘s time to bring the vision to life! Our design team and lead will be all hands on deck setting the aesthetic scene we have put into place over our time together. Once a conclusion has come and the event is ending, our team enters again working alongside our partnering venues staff doing a clean sweep, making it as if nothing ever happened and ensuring all personal items/keepsakes are secured away in those suggested vehicles for a efficient exit!
