“Illustrious Moments” offers a day of coordinator; a professional within the event industry for those not necessarily needing 100% assistance through the process of creating their special event. The coordinator shall assist with tasks such as but not limited to: creation of a detailed timeline, custom floor plan, being the point of contact for any vendors and ensuring the logistics within the set event are all full swing at 100%. Process begins 8 weeks before event date.

II. Meets with you eight weeks before the wedding to get a handle on what you've planned thus far
III. Checks in with your vendors to review plans and confirm logistics offering assistance when/where needed
IV. Creates detailed timelines and floor plans
V. Completes a final walk-through of the ceremony and reception sites (Weddings only)
VI. Manages the rehearsal (Wedding only)
VII. Execution of timeline created ensuring a successful delivery and creation of a memorable moment
VIII. Addresses any overlooked details
IX. Unlimited email & phone communication
