Event Coordinating
“Illustrious Moments” offers a day of coordinator; a professional within the event industry for those not necessarily needing 100% assistance through the process of creating their special event. The coordinator shall assist with tasks such as but not limited to: creation of a detailed timeline, custom floor plan, being the point of contact for any vendors and ensuring the logistics within the set event are all full swing at 100%. Process begins 8 weeks before event date.
Event Coordinator (Full 2 Months)
$1,600.00 (FLAT)
I. Event Coordinator & Assistant
II. Meets with you eight weeks before the wedding to get a handle on what you've planned thus far
III. Checks in with your vendors to review plans and confirm logistics offering assistance when/where needed
IV. Creates detailed timelines and floor plans
V. Manages the ceremony rehearsal (Wedding only, excludes Catholic Church)
VI. Execution of timeline created ensuring a successful delivery and creation of a memorable moment
VII. Addresses any overlooked details
VIII. Unlimited email & phone communication
IX. Assistance with booking last minute vendors
X. Oversee setup/breakdown of event
XI. Attend to requests of client(s) during event day
XII. 12 hours on-site delivery of service provided day of event
PACKAGE DETAILS BELOW IN PDF
Prices DO NOT include state of Texas sales tax or processing fee. A mandatory deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date and package specifics. Regarding remaining balance, payment plans are available in order to assist client. Requests falling within 30 days or less of the event date, 100% is due upon contract signing.
